TERMS OF SERVICE
Premier Pet Waste Pros is an independently owned and operated business (“us,” “we” or “our”) that provides pet-waste removal services and pet station management for residential, businesses and commercial properties. You agree to the following terms of service (“Terms”) that govern the sales and services provided by us (“Services”). By accepting our Services, you hire us for, you are bound to these Terms. The client understands our ability to provide the Services can be dependent on weather, condition of grass height, access to your yard which is your own responsibility, and other unknown outside influences.
DOG WASTE REMOVAL SERVICE
Premier Pet Waste Pros offers residential and commercial pet waste removal services.
These services include one time/monthly cleaning, weekly, twice a week, every other week & pet station management. All pricing is based on a lot size of 1/8th of an acre (5,444 sq ft) or less and one dog. Larger areas. more dogs, excessive waste etc. will have an additional charge. Additional prices are listed below.
ACCESSING YOUR YARD
The Client understands that if Premier Pet Waste Pros can’t access the area needing cleaning for any reason (no key/aggressive dog/no code/construction) the scoop will be skipped, and charges will still apply. Please inform us prior to our visit if we cannot perform our service that week so we can reschedule, and you can avoid being charged for us coming out that week.
WEATHER
Premier Pet Waste Pros works rain or shine as long as we can safely do so. Severe thunderstorms, lightning, hail, snow or hurricane force wind are examples. Premier Pet Waste Pros will inform you of this via phone call or text message and we will reschedule later that week or resume service on your regularly scheduled visit date. We do not offer refunds for missed weeks due to weather.
HOLIDAYS Premier Pet Waste Pros does not provide services on the following holidays: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. If your pickup day falls on one of these days, we will skip service that week and pick up the following week. We do not offer refunds for missed weeks due to holidays.
Initial Visit We encourage all new clients to be present for the first visit. This is so we may introduce ourselves to you, ensure the estimated price is accurate and to answer any questions you may have or point out any areas of concern. It's also an excellent time for us to show you our magic!
BILLING
Premier Pet Waste Pros requires either a credit card on file or prepay prior to service. If you have a card on file, at the end of your bill cycle, the client will be sent an invoice with the amount due. The credit card you placed on file will be automatically debited on a monthly recurring payment cycle on the same date you started service with us. If your card is declined, we will suspend service until the issue is resolved. After 30 days, you will be removed from our schedule & sent to collections for payment. We accept Cash, all Major credit cards & Google/Apple Pay. Prepayments can be made thru the estimate or in person.Estimate Your estimate will include a summary of service(s). Once received, please review to ensure all your information is correct & inform us if any changes are needed. Once satisfied with the approval, click "approve" at the bottom. If you chose to store a card on file: At the top of the estimate, you will see "store card on file". This will take you to our payment processing company, Stripe where you can store your credit card information. This will be needed prior to scheduling your appointment for service. Once we receive confirmation, we will notify you of your appointment date & time. If you would like to change your appointment, please let us know before starting service. By approving the estimate, you agree and accept our terms and policies.
Bookings Free Phone Quote - During this call you can ask any questions about us, our services, get an estimate and even set up an appointment for service! Schedule 1st Visit - A credit card on file is required 48 hours prior to Premier Pet Waste Pros arriving for your scheduled appointment. We will call or text you to confirm your appointment & information prior to your appointment date.
Refer a Friend Discount will be applied to your invoice at the end of each month. The discount resets every month. Discount rate are as follows: 1 = 3%, 2 = 5%, 3 = 10%, 4 = 15% & 5 = 25% off. Max discount is 25% (5 people). Referral must sign up for recurring service.
Last Scoop Prices Premier Pet Waste Pros may assess a one-time fee of either $15, $25 or $35 for the initial visit depending on how long it has been since the yard was last serviced (2 weeks - 2 months or more). The client also understands that an additional fee will be added for multiple dogs. See additional fees below.
LEAVES, DEBRIS, TALL GRASS and Lawn Care Service
Premier Pet Waste Pros does our best to remove all pet waste we can see during our service visit. We understand maintaining your yard can be a lot of work and time involved. The client understands it can be difficult for us to find and remove all pet waste if the grass is tall, many leaves/sticks on the ground or if your lawn care service runs over your dog's waste grinding it into the grass and dirt. These factors may/will impede our ability to guarantee our service of a poop free yard. In the event we miss some pet waste, please inform us so we may either return to make it right after the yard is cut and debris is removed at no cost to you or we will return on your next scheduled service date.

PRIVACY POLICY
We may collect personal information from you on our Sites or through any other digital
or personal communication with you. Information collected by us is voluntarily provided
by you and may include information such as your name, email address, phone number,
and physical address. Our Sites may collect general information about the service you
are requesting such as the type of property and area needing service, the type and
number of pets you have, and general information about your pet’s behavior.We collect information about you in order to provide you with our services. We use
personal information about our users for a variety of purposes related to our business,
your information is for Premier Pet Waste Pros use only. We will never sell your
information or send it to third parties.We may provide user information to third-party service providers or vendors for
purposes of, including without limitation, processing your payments or sending
information to you, data tracking, maintenance or development of our System. We may
also share your personal information in connection with law enforcement requests or in
response to investigations, subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes to
establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims or as otherwise
required by law.
REVISIONS
Premier Pet Waste Pros provides the above Services to you subject to the Terms,
which may be amended from time to time without notice to you. Amendments will be
effective upon our posting of such updated Terms to our website. We recommend you
visit the Sites to review any changes in our practices. Your continued use of our
Services shall constitute acceptance to any changes to the Terms. Some of the
provisions contained in these terms of use may also be superseded by provisions or
notices published elsewhere on our site.
SHUT DOWN
We reserve the right to shut down operations fully between Christmas and New Years Day. You will be billed at your normal Monthly rate unless you scoop your yard fully during our shut down.
